GENERAL
The e-shop/website www.hak-studios.com (hereinafter the “website”) is owned and operated by ED Exquisite Designs LTD (herein referred to as the “company”), registered in Engomi (VAT No. 10400215R). The present terms and conditions of sale shall apply to all users of the site (hereinafter the “customer”).
Please read carefully the following terms and conditions, prior to using this website. The company reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By entering and using any part of this website, you agree on and are bound by the terms and conditions.

PRICES
The prices of our products are subject to change without any prior notice. All the prices shown are given in Euros and are inclusive of VAT at the current rates.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Customers may complete orders by adding the selected products to their shopping bag, entering their shipping/billing address and selecting the delivery and payment method. Once the payment is complete, the customer will receive a confirmation email stating the order number. Orders usually take 2-4 days to be processed by the company. In force majeure cases, the company cannot be held liable by the customer for being unable to process or deliver your order.
PAYMENTS
Order payments can be completed by most debit and credit cards of major banks. Customers can also choose to pay via PayPal.
Once the payment is complete and processed by the company, the customer will receive an informational email to confirm the order.
SHIPPING
The website offers both domestic and international shipping. Please note that we cannot ship to P.P. boxes or PO/FPO.
Domestic Shipping: Delivery within Greece takes 2-4 working days
International Shipping: Delivery of international orders can take 3-15 working days. Keep in mind that delivery time for international orders is subject to the country’s postal service and customs, which may hold parcels for a length of time. If you’re based outside the EU, taxes and duties may be applicable. HAK STUDIOS are not responsible for paying these charges.
HAK STUDIOS are not responsible for delays that occur after handing your package to the carrier and are due among others to the carrier company, the customer’s negligence to communicate with the carrier, or to delays of Customs offices.
In case of a force majeure incident (i.e. strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.) HAK STUDIOS cannot be held liable by the customer for being unable to process or deliver your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We wish that our customers will be satisfied and enjoy our products. If for any reason they are unhappy with their purchases, they can be refunded provided they return the items within 14 days from the date they received their order. The products must be returned unworn, unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs solely bear the customer. In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, the company will cover the return cost.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
To complete your order, you will be required to submit some personal data: your full name and surname, the delivery address, your phone number and email address, as well as, depending on your payment method, your card information. Your personal information will not be transmitted, published or sold to a third-party unless imposed by a Public Authority.
